Congressional High School Art Competition Sponsored by Congressman Peter Welch

A message from Congressman Welch’s Office: "Calling all aspiring Vermont high school artists! Would you like to see your masterpiece hanging in the United States Capitol? If so, Friday, March 23rd is the deadline to register for the 2018 Congressional Art Competition which was created in 1981 by the late Senator Jim Jeffords of Vermont when he served in the House of Representatives. The winning artwork from each participating congressional district will be displayed in the Capitol for one year. Check out photos from last year’s Vermont competition below. Interested?
