Vendor Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at the 2014 VATA (Vermont Art Teachers Association ) Conference.

We will provide you with table/floor space for your display.

Displays may be managed by a representative from your organization or they can be supervised by a VATA representative.

Displays and literature that will be supervised by VATA  should be mailed to VATA – before October 10th.

We consider product information a service to our teachers and do not charge a booth fee. We do appreciate vendors who provide samples and  opportunities to test materials. We anticipate 100 teachers at our event this year.

We encourage vendors to provide a door prize that will be given away during the conference or as incentive to our 2014 Vermont Art Educator who will  be announced at the Conference.

Vendors can set up at 7:30am on Oct 17 and the vendor area will be taken down by 4 pm. Teachers will have several opportunities to visit displays.

Vendors may offer materials for sale at their display if they have a representative and are responsible for all transactions.
